  1. Initial relaxation & Intro—5 minutes 

  2. Eye exercises—5 minutes 

  3. Neck exercises—5 minutes

  4. Breathing Techniques—15 minutes 

  5. Sun Salutations—10 minutes 

  6. Leg Raises—5 minutes 

  7. Sarvangasana—5 minutes

  8. Halasana—5 minutes 

  9. Bridge pose—5 minutes 

  10. Fish pose—5 minutes

  11. Forward bending & Boat pose—5 minutes 

  12. Camel pose & child pose—5 minutes

  13. Cobra & Bow pose—5 minutes 

  14. Triangle pose, Tree pose & Dancers pose—6 minutes 

  15. Spinal twist & Savasana(Final relaxation)—4 minutes
