Halasana—5 minutes
Bridge pose—5 minutes
Fish pose—5 minutes
Forward bending & Boat pose—5 minutes
Camel pose & child pose—5 minutes
Cobra & Bow pose—5 minutes
Triangle pose, Tree pose & Dancers pose—6 minutes
Spinal twist & Savasana(Final relaxation)—4 minutes
